  • AI-powered personalized reflection questions
  • Storage and management of reflection records
  • Streak (consecutive days) tracking
  • Background music and meditation features
  • Other related services

3. Account

  1. You must provide accurate and current information when registering an account.
  2. You are responsible for managing your account information.
  3. We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in the following activities:

  • Violating laws or public order and morals
  • Criminal activities
  • Disrupting or damaging the App's servers or network
  • Interfering with the operation of the App
  • Collecting personal information about other users
  • Impersonating other users
  • Providing benefits to antisocial forces
  • Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

5. Service Suspension or Changes

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Maintenance or updates to the App's systems
  • Force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, or fire
  • Other cases where we determine service provision is difficult

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to the operator or legitimate third-party rights holders. You may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or sell these without permission.

7. User Content

  1. Rights to content you input into the App, such as reflection responses, belong to you.
  2. We may use anonymized statistical data for service improvement.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The App is not a medical or psychotherapy service. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
  2. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App.
  3. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms become effective upon posting on this website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
